2011/12 Memphis Grizzlies

The Grizzlies made it a matter of point to resign center Marc Gasol.  Gasol, along with Zach Randolph, Tony Allen and Mike Conley make up four of the five starters. The fifth, Forward Darrell Authur, tore an Achilles tendon and will miss the entire season. Backups like Rudy Gay, O.J. Mayo and Jeremy Pargo will have an opportunity to prove they really belong in the NBA.  If the team can stave off injuries and possibly pick up a free agent, they should at least finish in the middle of the pack.
